About Matthew's Crossing Food Bank
At Matthew's Crossing, they strive to serve clients with compassion so that they can preserve their dignity and have hope for a healthier and happier life. Since 2001 Matthew's Crossing Food Bank has been committed to uniting the community in the fight against hunger by providing food, and other basic necessities to neighbors in need. Each month they feed about 7,000 people. Most of the clients are working families. They have jobs, drive cars, but their food budget competes with paying bills, getting medications, or putting gas in the car to get to work or school. They also serve people who are between jobs, those on a fixed income, infants, and seniors.
