Responsibilities:
- Perform duct sealing and air sealing
- Assess air barriers and determine plan to enclose
- Install new ductwork, plenums and HVAC systems
- Strong customer service skills, communicating with customers and supervisors
- Good work ethic: arriving to jobsites on time, following instruction, maintaining clean & safe jobsite
- Strong attention to detail
- Work well individually or as a team
- Attic experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Capability and knowledge of adding/replacing duct work, duct sealing, system installation and minor repairs
- Must be willing to work in hot attics and small areas insulating duct work and air sealing
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Proven eagerness to learn
- Reliable transportation with AZ Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to complete paperwork on time and legibly
- Ability to communicate well with supervisor and office staff
- Proven expert at time management
- Proven ability to adapt to change
- MUST have positive attitude
