Heat Pumps / Air Conditioning | Furnace Heating | Duct Sealing | Maintenance

The average duct system in Arizona loses up to 20% of the conditioned air through the ductwork.  Installing a high efficiency heat pump without a well seal duct system is like walking into the rain with an umbrella with holes in it.  We do things a little differently than your typical contractor that has been "doing this for 20 years".  We start by making sure your HVAC is sized correctly for your home and that your home is keeping the conditioned air inside the best it can.  We may recommend an APS or SRP Home Energy Audit be performed to test and sealing your duct system or add insulation to ensure the new HVAC system will run at its highest efficiency, saving you money each month on energy bills.

- Enjoy lower energy bills with an efficient AC unit and well sealed ductwork
- Enjoy a more comfortable home with a properly sized AC unit and temperature control

See the table below to learn how much you can save by upgrading a 3 ton AC unit with a higher efficiency unit.

While SEER ratings are important, in our climate the EER (Energy Efficiency Ratio) is the rating to pay attention to.  The difference between SEER and EER are the conditions that the units are tested under, a SEER rating is given over an entire season where an EER rating is given at 105 degrees and a better indication of how the unit will perform when you need it most.  Heat pumps comes with different EER ratings for the same SEER and SRP will reward higher EERs with a higher rebate.  SEER ratings range from 13 to 21 and EERs range from 10.5 to 13.

You can count on honest and quality service from the top down.  We take great pride in our work and developing win-win strategies for all parties.
